Easy Baked Salmon

What you'll need:

Aluminum foil

salmon filet, cut in your desired portion

S&P

garlic powder

fresh chopped garlic

red pepper flakes

lemon

butter

olive oil

cooking wine

dried rosemary (fresh is better)

parsley (optional)

Place you cut salmon on foil large enough to be able to fold it and seal.

squeeze lemon juice

drizzle half of a tsp of cooking wine on each piece

sprinkle with about 1/2 tsp of olive oil

season and sprinkle both sides with

S&P

garlic powder

red pepper flakes

rosemary

lay skin side down

sprinkle with fresh garlic

place half of a tsp of butter on top

(parsley is really for garnish. Smells good too. I think I'd prefer to put the parsley on at the end.)

fold up the foil to seal and bake in 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

Salmon cooks quickly so don't overcook!
